Fun & Creativity
Art
Children explore colors, shapes, and textures through painting, drawing, cutting, and crafts. Art projects connect to our monthly themes and skills, like letters, numbers, and shapes, while building fine motor skills and creativity.
Language
Through songs, rhymes, and simple instruments, children learn rhythm, language, and memory. We use classic nursery rhymes and theme songs each month to support letter sounds, counting, and listening skills in a fun, playful way.
Music
Children are gently introduced to letters, sounds, and early reading skills all year long. We use stories, poems, nursery rhymes, and themed books each month to build vocabulary, comprehension, and a love of reading.
Mathematics
Children practice counting, number recognition, patterns, matching, sorting, and comparing through hands-on play. These activities are woven into our monthly themes so math feels natural and fun, not like “work.”
Movement
Movement time helps children build balance, coordination, and confidence. With dancing, action songs, games, and simple exercises, they practice following directions, body awareness, and large motor skills.
Outside Play
Outdoor play gives children time to move their bodies, explore nature, and practice social skills. Our yard and outdoor activities support gross motor development, curiosity, and a love of being outside.
